Privacy policy

This policy explains how Alex Kirmayer, trading as ATTRUNNR (“ATTRUNNR”, “we”, “us”), handles personal information connected with this website and with our audit, accessibility fix, monitoring, tracking, speed and Google Ads services.

What we collect

• When you contact us or request an audit: your name, email address, store address, platform, the services you choose and anything you write to us.
• When you become a client: billing details, order and payment records, and the access you give us to your store, theme, analytics, tag manager or Google Ads account.
• While we work on your store: those systems may show us data such as orders, customer records or campaign figures. We open only what the work needs, and we don’t copy your customers’ data out of your systems.
• From public sources: to find stores that may benefit from our services, we visit public store pages, run automated accessibility, speed and tracking checks on them, and may note the business contact address published on the store’s own website. We don’t buy or rent contact lists.
• Technical data: our web host may log IP addresses, browser details and pages requested, to keep the site secure.

How we use it

• To answer you, prepare quotes and deliver the services you order.
• To take payments, keep accounting records and meet legal obligations.
• To send business email to stores we have checked, describing what we found. Every such email says who we are and how to stop further email.
• To protect the site and our services against abuse.

If we emailed you about your store

We found your address on your store’s website. Reply “stop”, or email privacy@attrunnr.com, and we won’t email you again. We keep a short record of the address so we can honour that request.

Who we share it with

Only providers that help us run the business: website hosting, email, file storage, and payment processing through Stripe and PayPal. Card details go straight to the payment provider; we don’t store them. We share information when the law requires it. We don’t sell personal information. Our Google Ads tag shares information about visits to this site with Google, as described below.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses the storage it needs to work, such as keeping the audit form working, and the Google tag for Google Ads. The Google tag sets cookies that let Google tell us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to send the audit form, so we can measure which ads work. Google receives information such as the page visited, your browser and device, and an ad-click identifier. We don’t use it to build profiles of visitors. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, and you can control how Google uses ad data at myadcenter.google.com. International processing

ATTRUNNR operates outside the United States and may use providers that process information in other countries, where data-protection rules may differ from those where you live.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become orders are deleted when no longer needed, usually within 12 months. Order, payment and accounting records are kept as long as tax and legal rules require. When a project ends, we ask you to remove our access to your systems, and we delete working copies of your store data we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing privacy@attrunnr.com. We’ll respond within 30 days. Some records must be kept for legal, tax or security reasons; if so, we’ll tell you which and why. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under state or national law, and we’ll honour them.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including limited, removable access to client systems. No system is completely secure.

Children

Our services are for businesses. This site isn’t meant for children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes and contact
